Pearl Stadem-Ginther watering her garden in Washington State; a gardener is a shepherd of a flock of shrubs, trees, and flowers

Jesus: "I am the good shepherd and know my sheep and am known of mine."--John 10:14

A little garden full of peace and soothing greenery invites the eye to linger.

Therefore being justified by faith we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.--Romans 5:1

A little wishing well lends interest to the garden, even though it is a dry well.

"Come to the everlasting spring (Jesus) and drink freely. He never runs dry!"

A tiny, weather-worn chapel .

"Every man can build a chapel in his breast."--Jeremy Taylor

A Prayer for you, Dear Visitor to our Garden:

"My prayer is that you will join me in this eternal garden of the Grace of God, by asking Jesus to come into your heart to be Savior and Lord of your life."

Gethsemane was a garden where Christ chose His Father's will above His own.

"Not my will but Thine be done!"

A little path of stepping stones leads to the flowers--just as a mother's and father's training guides a child to what is best long after childhood is past.

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."--Proverbs 22:6

A birdbath invites birds to the garden, and refreshes them; in turn, they keep insects from devouring the garden! The birds also add their songs and charm to the beauty of the garden. A garden without birds and their chirping songs is no garden.

"Ye shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart."--Isaiah 30:29

Blue Forget-Me-Nots remind us that God in His word says that He never forgets His own and will reward them for their faithfulness and obedience.

"Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for
when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him."--James 1:12

A church is a garden; there the Word of God is preached, making it a happy, blessed place for all!

"I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is
the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth."--Apostle Paul, Romans 1:16

Plants reaching for the light, as prayers reach for God's love, help, healing, comfort, strength, protection and provision.

Jesus: "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you."--John 15:7

"Good-bye, and please visit our other International Scripture gardens on-line!" says Pearl, as she takes the stepping stone path to her home.

"We walk by faith, not by sight."--2 Cor. 5:7
